NEW CLIENT POLICY
- New clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their service to fill out the necessary paperwork and get settled. Late time will be deducted from the total service time. Please keep in mind I have other appointments after yours.
- Valid credit card must be on file to reserve the appoinment.
- No-show will be charged with full price (100%) unless clients re-schedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Please thoroughly remove all makeup and contact lens before coming to your lash session.
RETURING CLIENT POLICY
- Client should arrive 10 minutes prior to the service and wait in the car.
- Please thoroughly remove all makeup and contact lens before coming to your lash session.
- If you are running late to an appointment I kindly ask that you call to let me know. If you are 15 minutes late, I will release your appointment with a charge of 50% of the service.
- No-show will be charged to the credit card on file totalling 50% of the service.
- After ONE no show without paying cancellation fee, you will be permanently banned from the business.
LASH FILL POLICY:
- 2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set or additional fees will be applied.
- 3 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set or additional fees will be applied.
- 4+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes.
- I DO NOT work over existing lash extensions from other salons or artists, clients are kindly asked to book a removal and a full set.
- If you need a full-set or a fill after 4:00 PM, please contact me for after hours fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Here at Lash Library, I understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to cancel an appointment. I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice so I can adjust the schedule to accommodate other clients.
- In the event 24 hours notice is not given, I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the session.
- Clients apply Invalid credit card with no fund will be permanently banned from the business.
CELL PHONE POLICY:
I ask that all cell phones are tuned off or on silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving a lash session I ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that I am using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session
MASKS ARE STRONGLY REQUIRED & I WILL NOT PROVIDE MASK IN THE STUDIO.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY CLIENTS.
